Actipore™ ACF System - ACIF Technique

The Actipore™ ACF system represents a breakthrough in the treatment of degenerative disc disease in the cervical spine. Actipore™ ACF implants are manufactured from porous Nitinol and are designed to meet the biomechanical functions of anterior cervical interbody fusion devices. Nitinol is MRI and CT scan compatible and has a long history of use in a variety of surgical implants.
A comprehensive range of Actipore™ ACF implant sizes, 12 in total, with height, depth, width and angle versatility provide optimal distraction while accommodating the majority of anatomical
considerations and reestablishing lordotic sagital alignment.

The anatomical design and substantial contact surface area of the Actipore™ ACF devices to host bone, in conjunction with the porous nature of the Nitinol implant material, provides significant resistance to migration and pull out while promoting rapid tissue ingrowth and long term bone cell survival.
A dedicated, simple set of instrumentation offers ease of use and procedural efficiency.
